In the heart of Berlin’s most vibrant borough – Kreuzberg – is the spacious, most relaxed studio of entire Berlin, the Impuls Studio Berlin. Fellow producer Rock-L, who set up the studio back in 2008, and myself record just about anything in here, be it Hip-Hop, Rap, Reggae, Soul, Pop, you name it.  Equipped with AKG and Neumann microphones, a Neve pre-amp, a digital 24-Track Tascam Mixer and an Apple Mac tower running Logic Pro, we promise you that your recordings are in the best of hands!

How are we different from other recording studios ?

Well, for one, we actually love what we do, no matter what we record. We don’t see it as just another sound engineering job, we give our input, help you to be relaxed and try our best to maximise your performance – and we enjoy every second of it!

So who records here ?

Apart from the regulars that is the group Zeugen der Zeit, who meet here every Friday to work on songs, Edit Entertainment’s  artists such as Chefket, Amewu, producer 7Inch, Rapper and Singer Simple One and the entire collective of the Gangway Beatz 2 Sampler have passed through. Being involved with various overseas projects, we’ve had parisian rappers, artists from New York as well as Nairobi’s rap-star Octopizzo over here, using the facilities.
